“We’ve replaced two watering installation cables of Vertikal Park which were stolen by irresponsible people some time ago,” stated Head of Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Department, Nandar Sunandar, Monday (8/18).

To anticipate another vandalism act, Sunandar told that his department will ask Satpol PP, as bylaw enforcer, to hold patrol. Not only that, the residents who live around Vertikal Park will also be involved as informants.

“I think that with limited power, we’ll continuously hold patrol. We’d probably also ask help from Satpol PP. And, we want to involve the residents who live in that lot to be informants, so the (vandalism act) perpetrators could be caught,” he uttered.
